Course Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Bookings can be made at any stage prior to the event, subject to availability, as the events sometimes have a limited number of seats.
  • Payment must be received in full (and transferred to our bank account if paying by cheque) before the date of the event.
  • A scheduled speaker may be substituted in the event of their unavailability.
  • Cancellations:
    • Cancellations received 4 weeks before the event will be refunded in full after deducting a $25 administration fee.
    • If there are less than 4 weeks to go before the event begins, no refund is possible. You should send a substitute person if possible.
  • Cancellations must be received on letterheadĀ in writing or by email from the same address used to make the original booking.
  • Unforeseen things beyond our control happen, and trainSEM will not be liable for any losses incurred if a course is cancelled at the last minute. If travelling, please take out insurance.
  • Australian residents will be charged GST.
  • Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and visa requirements. We do not issue a letter of invitation for visa purposes.
  • Affiliates do not get any commission if they purchase a training course for themselves.
